A rani pink Katan silk Jamdani saree with a bold, regal presence — shimmering gold zari butis scattered across the body and a dense, elaborate pallu with traditional Banarasi motifs woven edge to edge. Pure Katan silk gives it real weight and sheen, a substantial, richly worked drape.
The fifth photograph is the back of this saree. A powerloom carries thread across the reverse between motifs. A handloom does not.

Five and a half metres, about 1.1 metres wide, with an unstitched blouse piece of roughly 0.8 metres. The fall and pico are done in Banaras before the saree ships. Woven in Banaras.
Dry clean only. Store folded in the muslin it arrived in, never in plastic, and refold along different lines every few months so the zari does not crease in one place.
